Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at service@pawsomecrafts.com within 7 days of receiving your item. We will do our best to address any issues you may have.
However, due to the custom-made nature and significant time investment required for each PawsomeCraft, we might not accept returns. For all customized products that require your approval, we will let you review them before production as we said on the product pages. This does not include 100% handmade pencil drawings or wool felt products, because they cannot be previewed and predicted in advance. However, our craftsmanship is very stable, you can refer to our reviews or social network pictures.
Order Cancellation Policy
All orders require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price to secure your place on the waiting list. If you decide to cancel your order before we begin working on your project, we will refund your payments, excluding the 20% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations of any work in progress will be refunded at 50% of the total price. We appreciate your understanding.
Order Change Policy
If you wish to make changes to your order, please email us at your earliest convenience within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee changes beyond this time frame, as we may have already started working on your order.
